Condolence Messages

  1. David and Veronica Melnik :

In eighteen years of friendship, we saw the best of times and the worst of times. Our Family will remember Deborah for ever. She was taken from us far too soon and so quick. It’s so hard to believe. We really don’t know how short life can be. Last conversation I had with Deborah on Tuesday was ” Vegas for my 50th”. So this year if any of us get to Vegas, fill your glass and look to the sky for our Angel and wish her a Happy Birthday. See you on the other side Deborah but please god not for a long while yet. To Deborahs Mam and Dad and wonderful brother and sisters and all their Families, but most of all to Alex and Josh Zack and Caroline, we are so very sorry for your loss.

Eldon, Carlie-Jean, Mike, Alex, Josh, Zack and Caroline… I can hardly believe the news and it just hits me so hard. I can’t believe that Debbie is gone and no one can ever take her place in my life, in our family’s life. Our memories of raising the kids together across the street; we held each other’s hands through that time of our lives and we lived in each other’s pockets. That part of my heart that always belonged to her is with you at this terrible time of loss.

I’m so sorry for your loss, your mother was one of the best people I’ve ever had the opportunity to know. She welcomed me into your family as if I was one of her own. Alex, Josh, Zach, Caroline, you all know that not soon after meeting her did I start calling her mom as well. She was truly special to me and will always remain in my thoughts and heart. The last conversation I had with her was spirited and uplifting as Zach and I were about to take a trip to Mexico together. The last thing she asked of me was to promise to look after Zach while we were on our adventure. And I promise that no matter what I’ll always be here to look after you guys. I love all of you and will be here for whatever you need.
