SAVAGE, Kari Alexandra

December 3, 1970 – January 26, 2012

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Kari Alexandra Savage at 11:06 p.m. on Thursday, January 26th, 2012. Kari will be celebrated and remembered for a myriad of things including her extraordinary artistic talent and her loving compassionate demeanor, most notably with children. Kari’s last moments were spent surrounded by friends and family overflowing with love and memories. Kari was predeceased by her son Conner whom she has waited patiently to meet again. Kari has left behind her loving Daughter Riley; Spouse Larry; Mom and Dad; Brothers Billy and Ryan; Sister Sara; and all of her extended family. All of us will miss her tremendously. We will be forever grateful for the love and support of friends and family who unselfishly gave so much in this time of loss. We are also deeply thankful for the exceptional, compassionate care Kari received from the staff at Foothills Hospital Intensive Care Pod ‘C’. Thank you all. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made directly to Cindy Savage or Kari’s Daughter Riley Davis, to be deposited into a fund created for Riley in memory of her loving mother.

In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still.
In our hearts you hold a place,
No one else will ever fill.

    To Kari’s family,

I am so saddened by the tragic news of Kari’s passing. I have many fond memories of our times together in Silver Springs … our mutual love of being “art geeks” …. trips to Calaway Park … and general teenage mayhem.

She was a sweet soul who emanated kindness and peace.
