Barry passed away on July 25, 2014 at the age of 69.
Barry retired from CP Rail in 2000 after 30 years of service. He loved to travel, and also enjoyed photography, curling, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed a good single malt scotch. Madeira Beach, Florida, will always be a special place for Barry.
Left to cherish Barry’s memory is his loving wife of 38 years, Sandra Russell; brother-in-law Jeff Maw (Joyce); sisters-in-law Cindy Wesenberg and Sandy Maw, all of Winnipeg; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews and a great-niece who will miss him dearly. He was preceded by his parents, James and Olive Russell; Uncle Stanley Russell; brothers-in-law Cecil Maw and Wally Wesenberg; and his best buddy the Duff dog.
A Celebration of Barry’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
