ROCKWELL – Douglas Arthur Williams

December 21, 1936 – June 03, 2010

Doug Rockwell, beloved husband of Lois of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at the age of 73 years.

Doug is survived by his loving family; his wife Lois; his four children, Doug (Shelly), Jim (Kathy), Brad (Nicky), and Janine (Don); his grandchildren, Jaymie, Jorden, Carson, Dylan, Austin, Tyler, Aleah, Conor, Harrison, and Hannah; his brothers, Ted and Butch (Dianne); his sisters, Fay, Jackie (Lorne) and Donna (Scott); and many nieces and nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Ogden Branch 154 (2625 – 78 Ave S.E.) on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.   7. Treatment Room Nurses at the PLC Hospital :

    Doug was one of favourite patients…always walking in with a smile and happy to tell us stories of his family. He loved talking about his grandkids, children, dog, and spoke highly of his wife. We enjoyed the burgers he proudly brought in.
    We will miss him and remember him dearly.
