Condolence Messages

  1. Lila and Evan – our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We have many fond memories of Chuck from the time he and I worked together at the Amoco office in Grande Prairie, as well as the memorable camping and fishing trips our familes undertook together. On one of those trips, I recall Chuck ensuring each of the kids got a ride in his little boat, and caught at least one jack fish – they were so excited! He was a kind soul.

Our deepest regrets to Lilia & Evan.Met Chuck in GP when Amoco took over Dome. After his stint across the border we worked again with each other at IBM and SEMCAMS. Guess that is where we lost touch about 4 years ago. Linda and mI walked the the trails in Gr. Prairie most evenings and often dropped in on Chuck and Lilia on the way home, they were always welcome to see us and offer us a pop.
Chuck was always willing to help others and I am sure he lent his 1/2 ton truck to almost all his co workers over the time we were in GP. Yes he enjoyed his Hunting and fishing and I usually got a blow by blow description when he returned from and outing.

Best of Luck to you Lila and Evan

    Our thoughts are with you.

  10. Chuck was one of my first bosses at Amoco and I worked with him on and off for quite a few years. More than being my boss I also counted Chuck as a good friend and someone I could rely on for good advise and a lot of laughs. Lots of great memories specially in Grande Prairie where I got to know him a lot better. A great person who is already missed.
