  2. Dear June and family,

I was so sad and surprised to hear of Lloyd’s passing last Saturday. It is difficult to realize that Lloyd was 74. We always wondered and teased when he might retire but never imagined 74 to be his age. He was always so active, positive, and caring.

Being a librarian, I’ve known Lloyd for almost 20 years. During those years, his incredible memory and compassion always kept track of my family and their activities. He was incredible as a person and a salesperson. Lloyd was never pushy with his resources. He would allow you to browse, might mention books that were currently good sellers and popular with other librarians. When Lloyd came to visit with his resources, he came as an old friend to share his time with us.

    Lloyd will be dearly missed.
