It is with great sadness that the family of Dick Redgrove announces his passing on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at the age of 92 years.
Dick was born and raised in Calgary; he was employed by Barber Industries until his retirement. Dick spent his retirement enjoying woodworking, gardening, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren, as well as his great-grandchildren.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Elizabeth; daughter and son-in-law Frances and James Anderson; his grandsons, Richard (Shauna) Anderson, and Glenn (Robyn) Anderson; as well as his great-grandchildren, Steven, Connor, Rachael, and Nolan; he will also be missed by friends and family. Dick was predeceased by his mother Florence Openshaw; and his siblings, Art, Jack, and Claire.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Tuesday, December 20 2005, at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
