Elizabeth “Betty” Redgrove of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the age of 94 years.
Betty was born in Gateshead, England, coming to Canada at an early age. She resided in Drumheller, Alberta until moving to Calgary where she met her future husband, Dick Redgrove. Betty and Dick were married sixty-three years. Betty’s passions were gardening, knitting and baking. Her greatest joy was her family.
Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Frances and James Anderson; her grandsons, Rick and Barbara Anderson, and Glenn and Robyn Anderson; great-grandchildren, Steven, Connor, Rachael, Nolan, Anne and Khristen; and sister Frances Charlie. She was predeceased by her loving husband Dick in 2005; by her brother William; and sisters, Margaret, Carol and Bertha.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
