  1. Jim & Daine Samson :

The passing of Don brings back so many memories. Don and Jane were best friends of my Dad (Roy) and my Mum (Bill). My relationship with Uncle Don goes back to when I was born. My Dad was away on business in Wawa and was traveling back on the ACR Train when I was born. Don told the nurses he was my Dad and got into see me and my mum shortly after I was born. A couple hours later he met my Dad at the the Steelton rail yard. They then had to explain to the nurses who the real father was.
The following year at my baptism, Don became my Godfather.
The families grew up together and then we all moved and branched out.
I know that sisters; Capel, Jane, Sue and Myself send our heart felt sympathies.
With Much Love from both Jim & Diane
