    Phil,

In the corporate world you held your own against the tide of political correctness and bureaucracy and instilled your own moral fabric of righteousness, honor and good work. In a personal world of friendship, your integrity and humor were loved by all those who knew you.

The world lost a unique and compelling individual far too soon. I’m sorry I cannot be with you all to remember and celebrate Phil’s life, but from a distance I will raise a glass of red wine to Phil’s feisty, fun loving spirit and remember him as one of the shiny ones.

To Keith and Sarah and the rest of the family, I am sorry for your great loss.

It was unbelievable when I heard Phil’s moving to heaven. He was chatty fun loving person but also a pure soul.

He always made people enjoy the time with him either during the meeting or the dinner. And I believe he left ocean of wishes and loves to his daughters, family and friends even though there had not been much of words or expression. It’s he who I know.

May I send blessings to his family and friends all torn up.
