PEDERSON, Lorne
January 21, 1928 – January 13, 2012
Lorne Pederson, beloved husband of Laurie Pederson of Cremona, passed away surrounded by the love of family on Friday, January 13, 2012 at the age of 83 years.
Lorne is survived by his loving wife Laurie and his three children, Lori Muise (Cyril), Hal Pederson (Dawne) and Linda Donnelly (Jim). Also surviving him are his four grandchildren, Cassandra and Damien Muise, Jesse Pederson and Jordan Donnelly. Lorne is also survived by his sister Beryl McIntosh (Bob) and his brother Allan Pederson (Barb) as well as many other loving family and friends. Lorne was predeceased by his first wife and the mother of his children Joan Pederson. Lorne worked for over forty years as an optician in Calgary. His greatest joys were golfing and fishing with family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. Linda, Hal and Lori – I am so sorry for your loss. When I saw your father had passed away, it brought back so many memories from years ago. I hope you hold on to all the good memories you had with your father. My thoughts are with you all.
Dear family and friends of Lorne. My condolences. I used to golf with Lorne at the Cochrane golf club several years ago. He was a great guy and one of those people you were always happy to play with or against.
