PEARSON, Margaret “Marg” Vivian (nee McCullough)

November 13, 2014 – Calgary, AB

Marg Pearson loving wife and mother passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the age of 84 years.

Marg was raised in Graysville, Manitoba. She worked and raised her children in Calgary, Alberta. Marg and her loving husband Jerry retired in 1993 and spent many wonderful years in Kalispell, Montana. They both enjoyed their many trips to Hawaii.

Marg is survived by three sons, Jerry Jr. (Debbie), Tim (Karen) and Glenn (Darlene); two daughters Barbara (Terry) and Shirley (Wayne); as well as eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; her brother Charlie (Carolynne); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jerry in 2010.

A Celebration of Marg’s Life will be held at the Glenmore Inn (MacLeod Room) (2720 Glenmore Trail S.E.) on Monday, November 24, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. We encourage everyone to wear Hawaiian attire. The family would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Chinook Hospice.

We were privileged to have been included in many visits with your folks when they would come up from Kalispell and later, after they moved back to Calgary. We remember fondly how they came to our local pub as a surprise for Wayne’s birthday. They were a delightful couple and your Mum was always a great sport, tolerating Wayne’s teasing with grace and affection. We were lucky to have spent many happy times in their company.
