PEARSON – Robert Gerald

July 25, 1925– July 13, 2010

Jerry Pearson loving husband and father passed away on Tuesday July 13, 2010 at the age of 81. Jerry was raised in Tuelon, Manitoba and served in the army for 12 years where he became stationed in Calgary. After the army he owned and operated Acadia TV in South Calgary and enjoyed that until his retirement. He spent many wonderful years in Kalispell, Montana and enjoyed every one of his many trips to Hawaii.

Jerry is survived by his wife Margaret (nee McCullough) of 51 years, three sons Jerry Jr. (Debbie), Tim (Karen), and Glenn. He is also survived by his two daughters Barbara (Terry Nelson) and Shirley (Wayne Desjardins) as well as eleven grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren, and his two brothers Joe (Willie) and Harry.

A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held on Saturday July 17, 2010 at the Ogden Legion Hall 2625 78 Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta T2C 3B7, (403)279-3636. We encourage everyone to wear Hawaiian attire. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

    I was sad to hear of the passing of Uncle Gerald. I think the last time I saw him was at Mom’s funeral. Gerald and Joe were there and I had a short visit with them.

    My memories of Gerald will always be his big smile and soft spoken conversations.

    I just wanted to touch base with you and your family to let you know that we are thinking of you.
