  19. JUAN ARAYA ALVAREZ :

My deepest condolences to Geneva Parker´s family, I meet Geneva in the middle of the 1980´s in Calgary when I arrived as a political refugee to that city. She was an amazing lady, supporting our cause to get rid of the dictatorship of Pinochet. She gave everything she had for the solidarity of our people. We sent her to Chile in the middle of the military regime. I cameback to Chile when democracy came back and I still live here. It was a terrible news to know about Geneva´s death. In my name and in the name of hundreds of Chileans who knew the generosity of Geneva and her work, let your family recieve our deep sorrow.
