Michael (Mich) William Palmer beloved husband of Dorothy of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the age of 85years.
Mich was born in New Westminster, BC, was raised in Edmonton, AB and moved to Calgary, AB in 1961. He was self-employed in a commercial drywall corporation. In 1986, he embarked on a new career of factoring receivables. Mich was very sociable and people loved his stories and jokes.
Besides his loving wife Dorothy, Mich is survived by daughter and son-in-law Holly and Ken; sons and daughters-in-law Kelly and Gwen and Scott and Nancy; grandchildren Kelsey, Sarah, Olivia, and Julia; sister Lucy (Fran); brother Darrel (Vicky); aunt Bernice Nedohin; uncle Joe Pointkowski; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Jean in 1975.
