  17. It’s hard to believe only 3 months ago Patricia was volunteering to get me elected as the Ward 4 Alderman. She came over to the campaign office and kept everyone in stitches with her stories. I first met Patricia through SCOPE – she was always passionate and always articulate – especially about housing needs for clients. Patricia was always about giving of her time and her heart. There is so much to learn from how she lived her life. I can not be at her service but I promise to wear something bright.

Irene-we will be your family. I know how much you will feel alone. You have many true friends that you can count on. Blessings
