NEAL, Gloria (nee Charlton)
October 14, 1926 – January 11, 2012
Gloria Neal passed away peacefully at the Bethany Care centre in Calgary at the age of 85 years with her son Robert Neal at her side.
Born in Brockville, Ontario along with most of her family, She moved with her parents to Verdun, Quebec just after the war, then to Calgary in 1979. Gloria has spent most of her life as a devoted and loving mother and home-maker.
She was predeceased by her parents, Herold and Mildred Charlton of Brockville. Gloria is survived by her brother Fulton Charlton of Goderich, Ontario and sisters-in-law Audrey McCoy of Vancouver, and Barbara Charlton of Goderich, plus other family members in Ontario. Her son would like extend a most sincere and deepest gratitude to the staff of Memory Lane unit and all those at Bethany for their love and care during my mother’s short stay.
Gloria will be buried in Brockville at Oakridge Cemetery. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

I am extremely sad to hear that Gloria Neal, my Wife for 37 years, passed away at Beethany Care Centre. Although it is many years since our divorce, there is still fond memories of our marriage.
Because of health, I was unable to attend Gloria during the final days, but she was well taken care of by our Son, Robert, and the staff at Bethany.
Bless Her, and may she be well received when she arrives in Heaven.
