Condolence Messages

  1. Mary Corbett :

To the family of Emily I offer my condolences. Emily lived at the other end of our park and always offered me a warm reception when I’d stop by either out canvassing or just to talk about the garden or to see her latest needlepoint creations. She didn’t often support my canvassing causes but we would spend a nice time together. I have some of her violas in my garden, a nice way to remember her. I’ll miss knowing she was there.

  2. Jessica Steffens :

I offer my condolences to the family of Emily, I had become very close with Emily as I worked for her the last year and a half. She taught me so many things about life and about people, we got along very well. Although we weren’t able to continue our visits the last month of her life, every week during our regular time I thought of her and wondered what she may be doing. I will always miss our weekly Walmart trips, but am so glad to have known her and learn so much from her. I am glad she is at peace, for I know she was having a hard time at the end. Rest in peace my friend and mentor.
