NADEAU, Alfreda “Janice”

May 27, 1954 – November 24, 2012

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janice Nadeau of Tsuu Tina, Nation on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at the age of 58 years.

Janice was born in Calgary. She was a kind, loved and humble person. Janice will be remembered for her great sense of humour.

Janice is survived by Clifford (Shirley) Dodginghorse, Jennifer Nadeau (Jordan), Brian Dixon (Rachel), Loretta Lefthand, four grandchildren, Monet, Tishawna, Henry and Hayden, “Auntie Gran” to Shandell, Markie, Mary Ellen, Jasmine, Skyller, Marlee, Brandon “Mini Me”, Jersey, Teira, Alysia “Juju”, Shawndon “Tiny” and Keyden, two sisters Patricia (Roger) Fox and Pearl (Derek) Big Plume, nieces and nephews Terri, Cody, Jodell, Ashlie and Coltin, aunt and uncle Jane Bella and Melvin Nadeau.

She was predeceased by her parents Agnes Nadeau and Henry Dodginghorse, a sister Marlene Hunter, a brother Kelly Nadeau and a special son Sheldon Dixon.

Wake Services will be held at Janice’s residence on Tsuu T’ina Nation on Monday, November 26 and Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church (Tsuu T’ina Nation) on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Tsuu T’ina Cemetery. Condolences may be forwarded through
