  3. John and Donna Duwe :

Our first acquaintance with Tom occurred at the lot of our new house. We were building a new house and his daughter, Marilee and son-in-law Dave had purchased the house next door. We exchanged introductions and talked about family and activities, especially about new houses. As the days went on, we would see Tom and Marie in the backyard, planting trees and doing lots of landscaping. They truly planted another Eden!
John and I wish to express our sorrow at Tom’s passing. We will miss his quiet manner of sitting on Marilee’s porch in the early morning and his gentle sense of humor.

Cordell and I were so very sorry to hear about Tom. It seems like only yesterday that we were all in high school together and then getting married and raising our little children in Calgary! I wish we could be there on Monday. Our thoughts are with you and our sincere prayer is that you and your family will be comforted at this difficult time.
