  5. I write this message of thoughts to the family of Bob Mosoronchon on behalf of the family of Walter Stock. We lost our dear Walter in June of 2007 and Bob attended Walter’s funeral. We could never have dreamt that we would find this profound message of loss that you have now suffered. Please know that our thoughts are with all of you. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to you all. Bob was a great friend … I myself remember him playing Stairway to Heaven on his guitar in my parents kitchen when we were all teens. He was a beautiful young man that I’m sure was a wonderful adult, father, spouse, son. We appreciate and respect what you are now going through. With the utmost sincerity, Linda Stock (Walter’s sister), his parents, Walter and Sigrid and his son’s, Troy and Brad. It will be hard, but with each other you will find light again. Our thoughts are with you …

I worked with Bob for 5 years at CNRL, 1 year of which Bob was my Manager. I remember Bob as someone who always gave you a smile when you ran into him and always ready for a good laugh. He was a very supportive individual and readily accepted responsibility for all that he did. Bob will be missed by all of us who knew him. Please accept my heart felt condolences for your loss.

  8. Rich and Linda Mosoronchon :

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to him, and the other to the Lord. When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. “Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you’d walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why when I needed you the most you would leave me.” The Lord replied, “My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

We love and miss you so much. Rest in peace. You will forever be in our hearts.

    Rich, Linda, Kris and Kyle

Dear Sadie and all Your Families:
My goodness Sadie, I read with such great sorrow the passing of your son, Bob. I never knew he was sick or I certainly would have mentioned it to you at Don’s service, and so soon after seeing you, after all these years. What a tragedy for all of you to endure as he was so young. It’s a very difficult journey for all of you as you deal with John’s illness as well. Please be kind to yourselves as you adjust to your son’s absence and life as it is now. This happened in my family also. My poor Mother had to live through the deaths of my two sisters from cancer at ages 41 and 49. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. With deepest sympathy and love, Lucille Whitney (maiden name)

Monica and Family, I just feel so sad for all of you. Bob was a great guy. I always enjoyed his sense of humor and his ability to be enthusiastic about life. What a long road you had to travel together. So it’s time for you to find peace. I will always remember meeting Bob at Amoco when I was working for Encor and then working in the same team with him at Crestar. We made him a part of our “Ladies” luncheons all through the years and he was always eager to listen to us – probably thought we were a little crazy. Bob’s brand of humor always made our day. The last time I saw him was last spring. I will miss him and I just want to let you know you can call anytime and we can get out for lunch. I think you should replace Bob in our lunch group. Marsha
