Catherine Barbara Miller (nee Gregory) died peacefully on March 16, 2015 surrounded by loving family.

Born in Hillcrest, AB on July 19, 1925, Catherine was the oldest daughter of Fred and Mary Gregory. She was married in 1951 to John Cox.

Catherine is survived by her two sons Christopher (wife Jeannene) of West Palm Beach, Florida and Gregory (Lindsay O’Reilly) of Calgary; grandchild Steven (wife Tina) and their three children of Vancouver; grandchild Michael (wife Kattie) and their two children of Vancouver; and grandchild Serena (husband Dave) of Florida. She is also survived by her two sisters Helen Sutherland of Ottawa and Frederica (Freddy) Taylor of Calgary; and a large family of nieces, nephews, and extended family friends. Catherine was predeceased by her husband Jim Miller; parents Fred and Mary Gregory; and grandchild Mike.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. James’ Catholic Church (5504 – 20th Street S.W.) on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. The family wish to thank the many staff and nurses of the Foothills Cardiac Unit 81.
