METTLER, Paul
July 19, 1931 – December 10, 2011
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather on Saturday, December 10, 2011 after a lengthy illness. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Marianne; daughters Andrea (Peter) Ranaghan and their daughter Jaelyn and Barbara (Derrick) Jordan and their children Paulina and Mack; sister Pia Landolt in Switzerland as well as many other relatives and friends. Paul was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and Canadian Swiss Club.
For over twenty years Paul worked for Canem Systems as a superintendent and Northern Telecom as a consultant.
Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1307 – 14th Street S.W.) on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
