McNEES, Lloyd Roy

July 16, 1928 – October 8, 2012

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lloyd McNees of Calgary, formerly of Carstairs. He died peacefully at home on October 8, 2012 with the love of his life Roberta at his side.

Besides his loving wife Roberta of 59 years, Lloyd is survived by his children Debra and Paul Haddon, Vernon and Bonnie McNees and Bruce McNees; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters and brother-in-law Eleanor and Jesse Toews and Dolores Simpson; brother Allan McNees and aunt Julia Tanton. He was predeceased by his sister Jean Land.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
