McLONE, Alexander Murray

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alexander “Al” (the Coach) Murray McLone, on Monday, June 24, 2013 at the South Health Campus Hospital. He was the dear brother of Robert and brother-in-law of Cindy and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, June 28, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. with visitation to take place prior to the Service. Special thanks to the staff of the South Health Campus, Unit 58 and 68 and to doctors Malik, Gohel, Vig and Shergill for their tireless efforts and incredible care over the past six weeks and Lori MacIsaac and Sue Pearce from palliative care.
