  4. Dear Julia,

My deep and heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your dear husband. I was so shocked to hear of his passing and want you to know how very sorry I am.

I didn’t know your husband very well, but from all you told me he was a loving husband and good father. I enjoyed your stories about Colin and could hear the love you had for him.

Your children are such shining examples of the great job that both of you did in raising them. They will always be a constant reminder of his love and influence on them.

Please let all of your family know how deeply saddened I am.

    With Sympathy,

    Ron Wagener

  5. Julia,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I know you have so many fond memories, Colin will live on in your heart forever.

My fondest memory of Colin was the first time I met him at the Five. The moment he walked in the door your face lit up, I could instantly feel the love and connection the two of you have.

The two of you raised three beautiful children, Alison, Peter and Megan. I know family meant the world to Colin and he will be deeply missed by all of you.

I know this will be a difficult time for you, but please remember you have lots of family and friends that are willing to help you.

  8. My sincerest sympathy on the loss of your husband and father. Colin and I worked together at Fording Coal many years ago. I bought the first car I ever owned from Colin…a 1967 Pontiac Tempest…which Colin needed to get rid of, as he had just purchased a new red Fiat Spider in 1973. Again, my sincerest condolences.
