  5. I am so sorry to hear of Mr. McIntyre’s passing. I worked for him at the Bay. He was a man with a love of life and people. He had great patience and an undying sense of humor both of which he often needed as, because of his skill in merchandising, he was often assigned us newbies who really knew nothing of what we were doing. He is a very fond memory for me.

  12. I was saddened yesterday when I read the obituary in the Herald that Bill had passed away. I met Bill in 1977 when I sold him and Mary computers after starting my computer consulting business. He was my first customer. We became friends as his computer guru. I will miss him, his humor and his positive outlook on life. My condolences to his family, relatives and friends.

  13. Susan and Family, my condolences on the loss of your father. He and I shared time in fitness at the Glencoe and in the cafeteria later, where we debated the frustrations with how our Calgary Flames frequently stumbled, but we were loyal and concerned fans regardless. I will miss his observations and sense of humour.
