He is also survived by his mother Ruth Matthews; brothers Barry (Jean Anne), Lynn (Wendy), Mark; sisters Jessie, Rita (Gary), Jane (Jon); brother and sisters-in-law Jeff (Susan), Todd (Marilyn), Tracy (Wade), Rhoda (Tim); as well as many loving nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Rocky was predeceased by his father Roscoe, and sister Wendy.

Please join us in a Celebration of his life and to share your memories with us at the Thorncliffe Greenview Community Centre (5600 Centre Street North) on Monday May 9, 2011 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Agapé Hospice, 1302 – 8 Avenue N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 1B8 Telephone: (403) 282-6588. Condolence Messages

  1. Loretta Sorensen :

    Hi all of you,
My Deepest Heartfelt Sympathy to you all.
Rocky will always hold a special place in the corner of my heart. My memories of him as a youngster will always bring a smile to my face. Although I didn’t have a lot of contact with him in the last many years, I’m sure there was a special bond there.
I certainly will try to make it on Monday, but have a hard time getting someone to fill in for me.
If I do not make it, please know that my Thoughts and Prayers are with all of you.

    Love you all,

    Loretta
