Condolence Messages

  1. I’m deeply saddened at the passing of Uncle Chris and offer my heartfelt condolences to all who loved and respected this great but simple man. I will forever be inspired and indebted to his qualities of kindness, patience, generosity, sense of humour, zest for life, perseverance, determination, fairness and integrity. I miss his honest, ringing laughter and readiness to sing that never failed to amuse a worried young boy and provide assurance that everything would be alright. Nor his forthright stare or ability to swing a hammer that made a weary young man get up and make it so. I depend on my memory of him everyday for guidance and I aspire to instill the example of his qualities in my children and, I hope, someday in their children. I wish him eternal peace.
