To Harry/your sons, your late wife/: from my heart

I am not sure if you would approve of what I have to say in memory of you, dear friend – but if there are ‘Pearly Gates’ the scene would look like this>

Your dear wife Shirley will be waiting with open arms, Cody-dog will greet you with his tail a wagging . There will be a jazz band and a set of drums and brushes. The angels will have more cream for your coffee than you ever dreamed of and at the end of the day – you will be invited to a wonderful dinner of liver and onions as you watch your favorite hockey game. As for desert? How ’bout some ice cream and a bit of Gilligans Island and a Dean Martin Roast? Ooop…what’s that sound? I hear a train-a coming and I know it is BOUND FOR GLORY and you earned your ticket long ago. Thank you so much for your kindness and wisdom – I will be forever grateful.
p.s. > I finally qualified for my seniors bus pass. (you know the story)
see ya at the BIG BREAKFAST MEETING in the sky. XOX dawn narao
