  1. Mary Archer-Butt :

Our thoughts are with Susan, Jim and families at this sad time. I have great memories of Aunt Gladys at the cottage on Browning Island a place she loved and felt very much at home. Always wearing a smile and a sparkle in her eye. Those are the memories I will hold in my heart when ever I think of her.

  3. Ruth and Ray Borlie :

Susan, when you said it hurt more than you thought I can empathizes. Mom lived with us until ’93 when she passed here at the house at age 88. It was a shock to find her in her bed at 3 AM. I cried and cried for days blaming myself for not doing more, but as time has passed I have her daily when I look at the things she passed on but mostly the love she gave me in the things she did for me, Ray, and the children. Sadly she never knew Lisa’s children. So remember she will always be with you. Mothers and daughters often don’t fare well but once we all grow up we have a bond that lasts forever. I remember your mom and thought much of her. She always had a beautiful smile and was so gracious. She was blessed to have you and Heather and Jim. With deepest sympathy, Ruth and Ray
