Condolence Messages

  1. Sandra Wright :

Ian was a friend of my parents and our family for decades and I always think of him smiling and being warm and welcoming to those around him. He had a way of making other people feel good and his laughter was contagious. I wish the world had gotten to have him here longer, but I smile thinking what a good life he had with Gail and what a better place he made this world while he was here. I admire him and miss him and was glad to get to see him fairly often these last five years. Thank you Ian for the love you spread to everyone around you including myself. I picture you in Heaven feeling nothing but pure love and joy and imagine you had your guardian angel smiling at your sense of humour as the two of you made your way up to heaven. God Bless Ian and hope to see you again. Gail I hope to be here for you in this time in any way that you need, my condolences to the entire family and to my parents.

  2. Brenda Scott :

I will always remember Ian’s laugh. I can hear it now in my mind and see his smiling face. When I think of how Ian loved to joke, it makes me smile and remember how many times he made me laugh too. My favourite memory is when I went with some friends to BC and Ian and Gail took us out on the boat to go tubing. Of course it was incredible to see Andy (their dog) tubing too! Ian was so kind and easy to talk to and together with a wonderful person like Gail, they were a fantastic couple. I was greatly saddened to hear of Ian’s passing and I would like to extend my sincere condolences to Gail and all of Ian’s family. Ian will be greatly missed.
