LUTZAK, Nadia Gloria

April 25, 1949 – December 3, 2012

Nadia Lutzak beloved wife of Lewis Richard Lutzak of Calgary, AB, passed away on December 3, 2012 at the age of 63 years.

Nadia is survived by her two sons and daughters in law; Jason and Kelly, Jeffrey and Jessica; three grandchildren; Lucas, Ana and Eva. She is also survived by her mother Laura Skurat, a sister and brother in law Julia and Allan Konkin; a brother and sister in law Sergey and Irene Skurat; and brother in law Peter Krukoff.

Nadia was predeceased by her father Sergey and her sister Sonia Krukoff.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
