Condolence Messages

  1. Margaret Short (Elson) :

    Dear Auntie Laura and family,
I would like to send our thoughts and prayers to you on behalf of Mom and our family. We wanted to send a message to the service to be read but did not know where to send one. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to see Guy this summer and to get to know him just a little. He was so nice and kind. He even bought a french cd for my grandaughter when he learned she was going to a French school. We know what a great help he was to you and how much you will miss him. I know mom wishes she could be there to put her arm around you and let you know how much she cares. Though we are not there, please know we are thinking of you at this time.
    Love, Marg

  4. Holly DePatie :

Guy contacted me a few weeks ago. I was shocked because I have not seen him in 30 years, but he wanted to know if I remembered him. I did. I remembered him (with a little help from a friend) as one of the sweetest and kindest men. He was just a warm wonderful person. To Guy’s family and close friend’s I am so sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences.

  5. Christopher Hilton :

Dear Laura and family, I was saddened and shocked to hear of Guy’s passing. He was such a great friend. He also felt like the brother I never had. I wish I stayed in touch with him and the family. My thoughts are with you Laura at this time. I know how much you loved your son. I remember the day he stood up for me at my wedding as my best man… And to that I am grateful he was in my life. My life was ever changed by having Guy as a friend.
