LANHAM, Leslie Wayne

December 6, 1944 – December 14, 2012

Les passed away on December 14, 2012 at the Foothills Hospital (ICU) with his loving family by his side.

Les had a huge zest for life and a great presence when he was in a room. He worked and lived in Calgary all of his life. He made many wonderful friends at the Shamrock and Tradesman Club. He was a very generous person with a passion for the Shamrock Seniors Christmas Fund. After retirement, Les enjoyed sketching and drawing; spending many hours creating some beautiful sketches. He was a self taught magician who loved to entertain his grandchildren and anyone else who would watch.

Les is survived by his wife Sharon of 48 years; son Micheal; daughter Karen Yandel (Glen Clifford); grandchildren Christopher and Jordan Yandel; Colton, Breann, Charliegh-Jae and Mikayla Lanham and Maddie Clifford.

A Celebration of Leslie’s Life will be held at later date. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
