LADD – Robert “Bob” Harold

April 4, 1923– November 2, 2010

Robert “Bob” Harold Ladd of Calgary, passed away peacefully at his home of forty-four years surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at the age of 87 years.

A veteran of World War II, Bob also worked for Motorways for twenty-eight years, retiring in 1988.

Bob is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Rob and Audrey Ladd; daughter and son-in-law Sue and Stu Ritchie; grandchildren, Teena (Brian), Mike (Michelle), Blake, Sandy (Ian), Trevor (Dawn) and Jamie (Blake); great-grandchildren, Justin, Taylor, Dominic, Dax and Sophia; and by his brother Doug. Bob is also survived by numerous relatives in southern Ontario. He was predeceased by his loving wife Dolly and son Dwayne.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, November 4, 2010 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
