It is with great sadness that the family of Regina Kopeć announces her passing at home surrounded by family on Thursday, May 6, 2004. Taken too soon, Regina will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and an individual who had a passion for life, work ethic and loved her family.
She was born in Kalisz, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1953.
Regina leaves behind her son Jozef; daughter Barbara (Walter) Horbanowicz; grandchildren, Jacqueline (Aja) and Ted Horbanowicz; and nieces and nephews in Poland. She was predeceased by her husband of fifty-four years, Jozef.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Polish Catholic Church (2111 Uxbridge Drive N.W.) on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Stanislaw Poszwa S. Ch, Presider.
