  2. Dear Jerry – Please accept my most heartfelt condolences. I am even more sad that I will not be there for the funeral. I will likely still be in hospital after my back surgery. No one could ever forget Janelle with her indomitable spirit and infectious laugh. I learned much from my friendship with her. Hope her strength through this trial will give you strength. Look forward to seeing you when we’re both able to get out again. – Anne

Truly Janelle was a courageous woman full of determination.Despite her incredible health challenges she embraced her connection to nature with incredible zest. Through her actions she taught all of her fellow hiking buddies that you live one day at a time . You only have today!!!
Truly this quote was how Janelle lived her life:
    Yesterday is history
    Tomorrow is a mystery
    But today is gift!!!!
Jerry and family.., my thoughts are with you as Myself as well as many others will miss a lady larger than life… She touched me in ways unknown to her.., Unfortunate that Janelle never knew but somehow we refrain from telling the “living”
