It is with heavy hearts that we express our loss in the life of Laverne Kerr. Both Laverne and her late husband Albert made a loving, Christian influence upon our lives. Laverne was a nurturing soul, a person who brought out the best in others. We are so thankful for her strong faith in Jesus Christ. We know that she is rejoicing now and will be rejoicing forevermore. We look forward to seeing her once again someday when we shall all be together with Jesus. We offer a deep and sincere thanks to her family. Each one has touched our lives in a special way, and made us feel like family with their love.

My deepest condolences to your family. I only just found out. Life has its surprises and as I saw Brenda Kerr at a store and decided to do a search on the amazing Kerr family. Laverne will be greatly missed. She was always my inspiration when life got tough and I loved her. Her motherly figure is what I treasured most. Until we meet again at the heavenly gates…in Jesus as always. Eve
