  1. Dave & Edna Schroeter :

I am shocked to hear that Vi has passed away as I had just talked to her about 3 weeks ago and she was very happy and getting better. We were going to get together in the near future. George and Vi were from my husband’s home town of Osoyoos. So sad to see them go at such a young age.

  2. Bobbie Gardiner :

Rest In Peace Auntie Violet. You’ve put up an incredible battle this past year. You took your final breath and gracefully sailed away with no pain. From having a heart monitor and an ICD (defibrillator) installed in your chest you never complained once. You defined strength. Thanks for the laughs, driving instructions, little white lies to the doctors about physio progress, and dates at Cafe 22. Sail on Violet, you’re finally with your family again. I miss you so much already. Love you,,,,,Bobbie
