It is with heavy hearts that we announce Rosalie Kaquitts beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was called home by our Creator on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the age of 70 years.
Rosalie is survived by two daughters and two sons, Evaline, Linda (Steven), Darcy (Andrea) and Jason; grandchildren, Tristan (Lesley), Quentina (Jessie), Curtis, Tara (Redmond), Kaitlyn, Tyrene, Jarrette, Winston, Cale, D’Arcy and Tylis; great grandchildren, Anasia, Tylee, Iliana and Redmond Jr.; adopted daughter, Gertrude Wesley; brothers and sister, Alice Big Snake, Norman (Elizabeth) Running Rabbit, Roy Running Rabbit and Robert (Judy) Running Rabbit; the Doores, Springchief, Crane Bear, Duck Chief, McMaster, Beebee and Big Snake families; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. We apologize if we have missed anyone.
She was predeceased by her husband James Kaquitts, son Owen YR Crane, her parents Louis and Alice Running Rabbit, sons-in-law Quintin Lefthand and Ray Dixon; and grandson Tyson Dixon.
Wake Services will be held at the residence of Rosalie Kaquitts (Morley, AB) on Saturday October 18, 2014 and Sunday, October 19, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at the Morley Gymnasium (Morley, AB) on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Chiniki Cemetery (Morley, AB).
