I never met Isabelle but knowing she was from Newfoundland makes us close as I was raised in Nova Scotia. I know Ken from our work with the Ad Hoc City of Red Deer Safety Committtee, his wisdom and guidance was respected, his love of family obvious. God Bless Isabelle, Rest in Peace.

  13. Our deepest condolences to you and the family upon the passing of Isabelle. May your many memories of Isabelle help to sustain you and the family at this most difficult time. I remember fondly of the many years of laughter, guitar jams, fishing and camping expeditions we had with Isabelle and the family. I also remember the times we went to your house and shared several “Jig’s Dinner” that Isabelle would prepare and then shake it up with some good guitar jams. There are a lot of good memories of our times together.

  28. Ken and Family: I was saddened to read of the passing of Isabelle. Ken: I recall a meeting with you and the concern that you expressed to insure that Isabelle understood the role and commitment of a City councillor. Ken: it was obvious to me at that time that Isabelle would play a understanding role in your commitment to the city. I want you know that I will think of you often and wish you and the family God’s caring love. Bev Hughes
