JAMISON – Lyn

March 9, 1936 – February 21, 2011

Lyn beloved wife of Gord Jamison passed away on Monday February 21, 2011 at the age of 74 years.

Lyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband Gord, three sons Greg (Janet), Gord and Stace (Carolyn) and two stepchildren Linda (Thomas) Taylor and Mike Jamison and nine grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Charlie Scott of Montreal.

Lyn’s greatest love was her family. She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends, was an avid gardener and a member of two hiking groups. Lyn always welcomed friends and family with open arms when they came by for a visit.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.     Lyn was like a second Mom to me growing up in Thornhill. Everyday after school Stace and I would go to their house and she would always welcome me with a smile. We had a lot of after school conversations in the kitchen. I will miss her.
