  4. Mary Jane Tallman and Margaret and Ray Nastansky :

    Mae and family,
Mom, Dad and I were so very sorry to hear the news. You were both great friends to us here at Coyote Ranch. We were pleased to meet you when you moved in and it didn’t take long before you became an important part of our lives. Dad loved it when Gerald stopped by when he was out working in his shed and the two of them would look at the projects he was working on and discuss the progress. We will miss seeing the two of you out walking Milo and enjoying the warm evenings. Gerald was a wonderful man and a great friend. You have our sympathy, our thoughts, our love and our prayers. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Margaret and Ray Nastansky and Mary Jane Tallman

  9. Bob Cornfield :

    Jim, Warren, Ron and Families:

While being saddened to hear of the passing of your Dad, I am happy to have an opportunity to remember the fond memories of our families together when we were kids and hope that you are doing well while celebrating Gerald’s life. The weekend gatherings of lavish meals with card games, pool tournaments and ping pong matches were always fun along with our memorable adventures together in Arizona. As you already know, your Dad was a very special man who had such a positive impact on everyone he met. As an impressionable teenager, I can still remember the constant smile, positive attitude and honest sincerity of this man of great integrity. While our families have naturally drifted apart as we’ve grown older and established our own lives, we can still celebrate together the life of Gerald Hurt.

    Take care,

    Bob Cornfield,
    Surrey BC
