  5. Dear Aunt Gail, Julie, Laura, Craig and Family,
I offer my sincere condolences to all of you at this time of great loss. I’m not much of a writer, but I would like to say a few words about Uncle Doug. I would like you to know that the opportunity to work for him when I was young man will never be forgotten and will always be held close to my heart. Working as an oilfield operator for Crescendo Oil and Gas gave me the first taste of what being a man was about – the physical work the responsibility and living away from home for the first time did nothing but help me grow up. I have missed and will continue to miss all of you and Uncle Doug — Please take care, stay strong and remember all the great things that made him the man he was.

Uncle Doug, Thank you for the Opportunity, thank you for taking me to the Oilman’s Club in down town Calgary, Thank you for the great back yard family barbecues, thank for one hour showers in your house in Shaunavon and thank you for my first teddy bear. THANKS UNCLE DOUG.
