  2. Marion Gundry :

I was so saddened to learn of Colleens death. I have such wonderful memories of the great times Gren and I spent with Colleen and Bob and the group in Arizona with very many get-togethers. Many memorable picnics, parties and always lots of laughter and sing songs of which Colleen was the composer of some. She always brought a spark to any occasion and her positive attitude and sense of humour was infectious.
    My love to you all,
    Marion Gundry

  4. Colleen was queen bee of the Gin Rummy, Bocce Ball gang and always crackin’ wise (Be alert, we always need more lerts!) But more than being so much fun, she was very compassionate. When her friend and our mom Dorothy died much too soon, it left an empty place that Janice and I could never fill. In the following years, every time we saw Colleen, she made it a point to tell us how she was still missing Dorothy. It comforted us and we loved her for remembering.

You are a fortunate family to have enjoyed such a wonderful mom and grandmother for so long, and I am so sorry you have lost her.

We miss a terrific lady with the most wonderful sense of hummer. There was never a dull moment on Friday night happy hour when she brightened the room with her wit. My mother misses her so much. From sharing family stories of her of her children and her experiences and mixing them with ours it was always enjoyable. Colleen was always there for my mother watching over her as a sister and not just a friend.
