Oliver Thomas Hiscock of Calgary, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, August 30, 2013 at the age of 86 years.

Oliver was born in Grand Falls, Newfoundland. His service in the Canadian Armed Forces took him to postings across Canada, to Korea and peacekeeping missions in Egypt, Cyprus and Lebanon.

Oliver is survived by his son Terry; daughters Brenda Doré (Fred) and Patricia Healey (Ray); granddaughter Nicole; grandson Denis; brother Arthur; and sisters Clarice and Gladys. He was predeceased by his loving wife Mickey, sister Jean, and brothers Bill and Henry.

At Oliver’s request, no service will be held. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
