  2. Evelyn McTavish :

To the Hirst family, I remember your Mom from the days of her living in the Landmark where my Mom lived. She was such a sweet lady and we always enjoyed our visits with her. She also is the cousin of my good friend Joan McLellan. I went to school with Tom and Brenda but don’t know if you will remember me. My thoughts are with you and I am glad I had the chance to get to know your Mom.

    Dear Beverley, Brenda & Tom,
What a long and wonderful life your mom had and what a lovely picture of her in the Herald. I remember fondly all the good times we had together, camping trips, picnics and just hanging out. Your mom always seemed so unflappable. She has left you with many good memories and certainly with longevity. My mom is a marvel at 93 and we are blessed to still have her. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
