We are sad to announce the passing of Phyllis Herman on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the age of 82 years.
Upon completion of a Master’s degree in Library Science, Phyllis worked as a librarian in Calgary schools for over a decade. After retiring she and her husband travelled widely and enjoyed winters in Phoenix. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered and missed.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of fifty-eight years Al, two daughters Karen (Rod) Jacobson and Margo (Jim) Jacobson, one son Mark (Jan) Herman, as well as nine grandchildren.
