  2. Keith Fewster :

I want to express my sincerest condolences to Grant’s family. I first met Grant when we started work together at Gulf in Stettler in 1954. At that time I also had the pleasure of visiting with his family in Calgary. In later years our paths crossed again and I enjoyed some pleasant social outings with Grant and Betty. More recently Grant organized several get-togethers from people we knew in the early days in Stettler. I talked to him laast fall when he told me about his terminal illness. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the family – Grant was a fine man and a good friend. I will miss him.
    Sincerely, Keith Fewster

  3. Milton Bogoch :

My most sincere condolences to Grant’s family. Grant was a stalwart member of the Calgary Residential Rental Association (formerly the Calgary Apartment Association). During my tenure there he was the Archivist (for life – it seemed). He was always quietly available to the members and the board. I mourn the loss of a gentleman.

  6. David Ballantyne :

I was very sorry to hear of Grant’s passing. He was a very good friend. I first met Grant at UBC 60 years ago. We were both students in Commerce, and both stayed at Fort Camp. After one of my daughters and her family became established in Calgary Grant and I became friends again-this time as a couple of grandfathers. I will miss him very much. I would like to extend my condolences to all his family. David Ballantyne
